When you make the initial call to The Law Offices of Rachel Hirschfeld, you will speak directly with Attorney Hirschfeld. Following this preliminary conversation, a member of Ms. Hirschfeld's staff will schedule a time for you to meet and consult with her on matters concerning Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Trust and Estates, and Pet Trusts. She is fluent in French, English, Italian and Hebrew.

During your consultation, Attorney Hirschfeld will examine the facts and circumstances related to your elder law, Medicaid planning, Trust and Estate planning or Pet Trust needs. She will provide you with an explanation of how these legal matters are handled and also the nature of the law(s) pertaining to your situation. You will have your questions answered and you will be given an opinion regarding the best course of legal action you should pursue.
This initial consultation is a chance for you to meet with Ms. Hirschfeld and her staff and explain your legal issues and needs. You are under no obligation until you feel that you are ready for Ms. Hirschfeld to represent and protect your rights. Ms. Hirschfeld will explain in detail what she feels she can accomplish for you and the fees and costs associated with your legal issue(s). If you wish Ms. Hirschfeld to represent you and protect your rights you will be asked to sign a retainer agreement.
